Build an Evidence Card Before Saving a Yupoo Link

A saved link needs enough context to survive a changed page, a forgotten code or a second look several days later.

Quick answer

Complete the record; do not score the page

This worksheet separates what you saw from what you inferred. Missing information stays visible as “not stated,” “conflicting” or “needs a current answer.”

The finished card improves the next comparison, but it does not verify a product, seller, source or transaction.

Fill the seven fields

The checkboxes stay in this browser tab. Nothing is submitted or stored by the page.

Use three evidence words consistently

ObservedThe current page visibly supports the note.
Not statedThe page does not answer the field.
ConflictingTwo relevant pages disagree and both sources are preserved.

Complete the identity line first

Write the raw page address, page role and exact item code before adding price, measurements or seller context. If the identity line is uncertain, details from another page should not be merged into the same record.

Example card: keep for comparison

Original addressFull album URL saved
Page roleAlbum presentation
Item identityCode AB-204, navy, stated size M
Observed evidenceFront, back, label and flat measurements
Source relationshipSame code and option on item-specific marketplace page
UnknownsPacked weight not stated
Next actionCompare with one candidate using the same fields

Example card: remove for now

A shortened address opens a general storefront, the screenshot has no recoverable code and the claimed item cannot be matched to a current page. Record the failure and remove the lead; adding guessed details would make the row look stronger without making it more useful.
